Registration fees
Registration member GfG* 130 EUR
Registration non-member 260 EUR
Student member GfG*, postgraduate 65 EUR
Student non-member 130 EUR
From July 31, 2009 fees will increase by 30 EUR.
Every presenting author (oral and poster presentations) will be registered with the early-bird-fee! Please add "confirmed author" in the provided field for comments at the end of the online registration form!!!
Welcome Reception and Social Evening are included.

General Conditions for Registration
Only completed and signed registration forms can be accepted.
Your registration will be considered binding and final as soon as you receive an invoice/ a formal booking confirmation. Within the next two weeks you will receive the invoice. Please transfer payment after reception of the invoice making reference to the invoice number.
The registration can only be confirmed after receipt of the total amount. The last day for advance registration is September 11, 2009. Later registrations are only possible on site. All conference documents will be handed out on site at the registration desk.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to CONVENTUS GmbH.
Cancellation of attendance and reimbursement of the total of the registration fee is possible until August 7, 2009. An handling fee of 25 Euros will have to be charged in this case. After August 7, 2009 annulment will not be possible. If not paid already, the participant will be charged the total amount of the registration fee.
