Registration and confirmation
Registrations will always be accepted subject to the capacities available. On receipt of your registration by Internet, fax or mail, Conventus will send you, by e-mail or mail and within 14 days, an invoice/confirmation of reservation for all programs booked. This can also be used as invoice for submission to the financial authorities (Inland Revenue). Please also register persons by name for the general program who will accompany you.

Payment of fees
All fees shall become due for payment immediately after receipt of the invoice/confirmation of reservation. Any amounts due must be transferred to the account specified on the invoice/confirmation by stating your name and the invoice number. Alternatively, payments may also be effected by credit card (Master-card/ Eurocard, American Express, Visa).

Services
The fee for the congress or the day card will exclusively cover the access to the academic program. Fees for the workshops and the general program will be charged separately. The participants will receive all documents for the congress on site.

Cancellation, rebooking, refund
Please note that your registration is binding. Cancellations need to be made in writing and will be accepted by April 15, 2010. An administrative fee of € 25.00 will be deducted (general programs: cancellations will be free of charge by May 30, 2010). Fees will be due in full after the above deadlines or in the event of non-attendance. An administrative fee of € 15.00 will be charged for any rearrangements after the invoicing. Rebookings and bookings on site in the congress office will be subject to availability. All program segments require a minimum number of participants and will be restricted by a maximum number of participants. The program organizer reserves the right to cancel a booked program segment at short notice, if the number of participants falls short of this minimum. In such case, the attendance fee will be refunded in full on site.

Disclaimer
Any changes to the program will exclusively come under the responsibility of the organizer. The congress attendant is notified herewith that he cannot assert any claims for damages against the organizer, if the congress as a whole, or parts thereof, are affected or even prevented by unforeseeable political or economic circumstances, or by events of Force Majeure, or if the program must be changed due to the late withdrawal of a speaker etc. The attendant accepts such reservations when placing his registration.

Hotel reservation
Conventus will act as an agent only and cannot accept any liability. Rebookings and cancellations must therefore be addressed directly to the hotel concerned. The cancellation terms of the relevant hotel shall be applicable.

Liability
Conventus will only act as an agent for the program offered by the congress organizer and cannot accept any liability in this respect. Conventus will only be liable in cases of willful intent or gross negligence. The liability for services booked and for possible shortcomings hereto shall exclusively rest with the relevant service provider. The participation in the activities of the general program shall be at the attendants’ own risk.

Place of performance and jurisdiction
Jena is the place of performance and jurisdiction for all attendants.
