The GEO Carbon Report is an update of the IGOS-P Carbon Theme Report (2002) outlining the advances in observing the global carbon cycle, and the steps that remain to achieve an integrated observing system. This meeting will discuss the draft 0 version of the report and how to get it completed by the GEO Plenary in November. All welcome.
