If the technology doesn't work, everyone has a problem: participants during check-in and certification, speakers during presentations, chairpersons chairing a session, authors presenting ePosters....

Conventus checks and optimises the possibilities of technology(s) on site, from powerful technology partners and our own resources. Above all, however, we have our own efficient technical crew to support our project leaders in planning, preparation and implementation, who are adept at exchanging ideas with service partners in terms of content and costs, in order to secure the technical part of your congress with foresight.

Technical details

What technical equipment is needed for the implementation? Who will provide the needed technology so that a synergetic solution can be found? Should preferred partners be involved?
Which speakers are optimal and which projectors are needed?
How will your speakers be looked after and how will the presentations get to the right place at the right time?
How should your poster exhibition be implemented? In paper form or electronic? Present or digital? Or mixed?
Should your audience be involved with an app and/or TED?
